Betula guest-house is situated near the shore of Kardjali dam in Glavatarci village. The house is 7 km away from the town of Kardjali, 20 km away from "Perpericon" and 42 km away from "Tatul". The distance from the capital Sofia is 247 km. The foundations are on the remains of an old Thracian settlement. The evidence is the ancient earthens from ІІ century uncovered during the construction. The tribes that lived on this land were sacerdotal kins from Thracian tribes, called Besi. Keeping the tradition of Rhodopa mountain the house offers complete relaxation, which is combined with the architecture of the old Bulgarian house, comfort and home cosiness. All those complement one another with a swimming pool, mini market and a summer garden.
